Ascultat: Britney Spears – Circus [entire album] – Review

Desi nu sunt o mare fana Britney Soears, recunosc ca mi-a placut in perioada ei de glorie iar in ultima vreme i-am urmarit evolutia din pura curiozitate de a vedea daca isi va mai reveni. Sincer, nu i-am dat mari sanse dupa Blackout. Am facut tot posibilul sa pun mana, sau mai bine zis urechea pe albumul Circus, inainte ca acesta sa fie lansat pe piata pe data de 2 decembrie 2008. Am dat de multe fake-uri pana am reusit sa ajung la albumul adevarat, dar cum orice chestie tare iese la suprafata mai repede decat ar trebui, asa a “scapat” pe net si albumul Circus. Inainte de a-l asculta, m-am gandit ca nu o sa fie dragut, dar, am fost surprinsa sa observ ca albumul nu are nici o treaba cu precedentul Blackout si ca este mai degraba o continuare matura a albumului-hit de debut Baby one more time. Asadar:

1. Womanizer 7/10 – Melodia pe care a auzit-o deja toata lumea la radio, a vazut clip-ul s.a.m.d. E energica, dansanta, antrenanta dar sincer, nu e cea mai grozava de pe album. Exista si mai bine. Totusi, melodia si-a atins scopul, a readus-o pe Britney in atentia tuturor intr-un mod pozitiv.

2.Circus 10/10 – Melodia care da titulul albumului e intr-adevar grozava – si la capitolul sound dar si la capitolul versuri. Britney vorbeste despre ea, asa cum este acum

Asa suna primele versuri ale melodiei. E energica, chiar grozava! Pop-dance de calitate.

3. Out from under 10/10 – Desi e slow si trista, e una dintre cele mai bune melodii de pe album. La fel ca si Circus, aduce calitate atat din punct de vedere al versurilor cat si muzica in sine. Out from under vorbeste despre o iubire neimplinita, despre tristetea de a fi parasita si neputinta de a lasa in urma acea persoana.

4. Kill the lights 10/10 – Dupa una trista, vine una vesela. In Kill the lights, vorbeste noua Britney, puternica si sexy. Desi la prima ascultare ati zice ca textul are acelasi mesaj cu Piece of me de pe Blackout dar nu e asa, daca ascultati mai atent. Pop-disco.

5. Shuttered Glass 10/10 – O alta melodie energica si sexy. Pop-dance a la anii ’90.

6.If u seek Amy 10/10 – Se vede ca melodia este produsa de acelasi om care a adus pe lume si hit-ul Baby One More Time. Acum cu un sound mult mai matur si mai dezvoltat, in aceasta melodie, Amy devin alter-ego-ul lui Britney. Amy este o vedeta adulata de toti si vanata.

7. Blur 6,5/10 – Seamana prea bine cu Early Mornin’ de pe albumul In the zone. E draguta melodia dar nu atat de buna ca alte piese de pe album.

8. Mmm Papi 8/10 – Superenergica, cu un sound care aminteste de anii ’60. O melodie vesela, buna de ascultat in masina.

9. Lace and leather 8/10 – Sound a la anii ’80. O melodie sexy, dupa cum suna si numele. Per total suna bine, e ok dar dupa cum am zis si mai devreme, raportata la alte melodii de pe album, nu se ridica la nivel.

10.My baby 10/10 – Tot un slow de nota 10, de data asta unul cu un mesaj pozitiv. Melodia este dedicata copiilor divei.

11. Rock me in 9,5/10 – Electro cu influente rock, foarte dansanta si antrenanta, o alta melodie hot de pe album. Ca versuri nu are cine stie ce mesaj dar interpretarea si muzica fac totul!

12.Phonography 10/10 - Electro-dance. Daca nu va place sound-ul care este supertare, macar versurile foarte...kinky.

13.Amnesia 10/10 - O melodie vesela, pop-dance cu niste versuri super-simpatice despre o fata cu capul in nori si indragostita.

14.Radar 4/10 - Aceasta melodie a fost si pe albumul Blackout. Acel album, nu m-a impresionat deloc per total si melodia nu se asorteaza deloc cu stilul albumului Circus.

15. Mannequin 10/10 - Electro-disco. Vocea lui Britney este modificata de multe ori in aceasta melodie.

16.Unusual you 10/10 - Pop-electro. Suna bine din toate punctele de vedere.

Per total, albumul are o nota de 8,93...adica 9! Ceea ce nu e rau. Albumul e plin de viitoare hit-uri, are foarte putine puncte slabe, cel mai mare dintre ele fiind Radar.
E dansant, sexy, cool, intens, suficient de "deep". E un album pe care il recomand.
